I am thrilled to bring Therapeutic Elements to life. I am a Physician Assistant and proud Army Veteran with over 17 years of experience in medicine, aesthetics, health, and wellness. My clinical background is uniquely multidisciplinary, bridging Emergency Medicine, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Neurology. I completed a postgraduate surgical residency in General Surgery, providing advanced procedural expertise and an exceptional understanding of facial anatomy, structural integrity, and skin laxity.
My experience in Neurology has provided me with advanced proficiency in the therapeutic use of botulinum toxins and adjunctive therapies to effectively treat chronic migraines, TMJ disorders, and hyperhidrosis. Additionally, I am highly experienced in supporting patients on their weight-loss and GLP-1 journeys, offering advanced, non-surgical solutions to address skin laxity and tissue remodeling. Through specialized training and hands-on experience with InMode technologies, including Morpheus8 and Quantum, I deliver targeted treatments that restore firmness, improve contour, and enhance overall skin quality.
Therapeutic Elements was created from my passion for blending advanced clinical training with refined aesthetic treatments to deliver exceptional long-term results, and natural-looking outcomes My expertise in facial anatomy, pain pathology, and customized treatment planning is what truly sets my practice apart. I look forward to enhancing my clients’ wellness and natural beauty through thoughtful, results-driven care.
Meet Alyssa Hernandez, RN
Registered Nurse
Hi everyone! I’m Alyssa Hernandez. I was born and raised in Lebanon County and graduated from Cedar Crest High School before earning my nursing degree from Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences.

I’ve been a Registered Nurse for six years and have spent the last five years in the medical aesthetics industry. Throughout my career, I’ve gained experience in aesthetic treatments including injectables, lasers, facials, and skin rejuvenation, as well as medical spa operations, team leadership, business development, and clinic management.
What I love most about this field is the unique combination of healthcare, wellness, client experience, and business growth. I’m passionate about helping create environments where clients feel confident, supported, and cared for while building strong teams and fostering meaningful relationships within the community.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my fiancé and my White German Shepherd, trying new restaurants, traveling, enjoying arts and crafts, or simply relaxing and recharging. As a lifelong Lebanon County resident, I’m excited to connect with other local professionals, support fellow businesses, and continue growing within the community I’ve always called home.

We are proud to have Dr. Gayle Ryan as our CEO and Medical Director overseeing all procedures and treatment plans. With over 25 years of experience as a General Surgeon, Dr. Ryan is also certified in basic aesthetic procedures and the use of Botox for medically related conditions. A proud Army Veteran, she brings a wealth of knowledge, precision, and dedication to our team.
Both Melissa and Dr. Ryan are committed to building a trusting and supportive relationship with each and every patient.
